Black Butte Ranch has an immediate opening for a Generalist to join our People & Culture team.
Our ideal applicant has SHRM or PHR certification, at least five years of relevant HR experience, strong attention to detail, experience working in HRIS (ADP preferred), believes in putting the employee experience first, can work with limited oversight, and does their best work as part of a team.

The People & Culture Generalist is responsible for a variety of HR functions including hiring/onboarding, benefit and leave administration, employee recognition programs, employee relations, and compliance-related reporting (ACA, EEO, etc.
).
Must have a valid drivers' license (any state) and a clean driving record.
This is a full time, salaried, exempt position from $63,000/yr, based on skills and experience.
