We pay gas for commuters 15 miles or more outside of Sisters.
Full time employees are eligible for Medical, Vision, and Dental insurance, and an HSA.
Very low monthly premiums, with the majority of the employee premium covered by Sisters Bakery.

PTO after 1 year, unless in leadership position.
Free shift food/drinks, employee discount.
Posted hourly wage is starting wage including tips.
All hourly staff are part of the tip pool at the bakery.
Tips are pooled during the 14 day pay period, split equally by hours worked.
Starting wage depends on experience.
Strong experience in fast-paced, high volume operations is encouraged.
Responsibilities include:
Baking off pastries and other items, running a Square POS
cash drawer, ensuring excellent customer service by taking customers orders as they walk in the bakery, restocking front product, money/register handling, espresso making, answering phone and taking orders, cleaning, and other small duties.
Must have superb customer service skills, and be a friendly person.
This is a position of extreme reliability and independence - must be trustworthy, accountable, and have open communication.
